Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here.

This is the resource I wish I’d had when filling out my applications all those years ago and I hope you love it! It will hopefully give you insight and understanding into the world of conservatoires & the application process.

As I am still writing this Guide, you will firstly find 5 posts to get you started if you are applying for (or thinking of applying) to Conservatoires in the UK.

As time goes on, I plan to update and improve the guidebook, giving you access to more information along the way.

Please feel free to email me via conservatoiresguideuk@gmail.com if you have any personalised questions or extra advice, I'm here to help!

Quick note: This is mainly catered to music conservatoires but many of the resources are relevant and applicable for anyone looking into pursuing the arts at a higher level.

COMPANION

If you have any feedback about this resource please feel free to send me an email!

Have you released or recorded music? Get in touch!

I want to create a playlist of new music from students applying to, currently at and graduates of any music course (conservatoire or university). This could be originals, covers, arrangements or chamber music but please give me an email with your track(s) so I can create a playlist for your music to be heard.

Everyone works so hard when making music so lets appreciate it together!
